We are thrilled to launch our wonderful barn conversion, The Coach House, set in the beautiful grounds of Welbeck House in Brooke. It offers a quiet & luxurious country retreat yet just 8 miles from the City of Norwich. It is an ideal location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and the stunning Norfolk Coastline or simply to relax & unwind, curling up in front of the log burner with a good book or enjoying listening to the birds and watching the wildlife from the private and enclosed back garden.

Light and airy, the Coach House is the perfect place for a relaxing break. The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

Welcome to our charming holiday barn in the picturesque village of Brooke, nestled in the heart of Norwich's beautiful countryside. This barn conversion offers the perfect escape for those seeking a taste of rural life. It boasts an open plan kitchen/living room area, large bathroom and an outdoor decking area where you can take in the scenic surroundings. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor which is accessed using the spiral staircase.

Unwind in this modern, peaceful space tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Thurton, just a 20-minute drive from Norwich. It’s the perfect spot to explore the Norfolk Broads, countryside, and coast. The garden room includes off-street parking and is just a 5-minute stroll to local bus stops (Norwich, Beccles & Lowestoft) and the village pub. Enjoy private access, a comfy double bed, tea and coffee facilities, a smart TV, modern furnishings, electric radiators, and an ensuite.

Enjoy a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, comfortable living room, full equipped kitchen and bathroom which have all been tastefully decorated. This apartment is ideally located a short walk from Norwich Train Station with a family run café downstairs serving fantastic coffee, breakfasts and lunches. The apartment is located on the second floor and the staircase is relatively narrow so if you have lots of luggage that you need assistance with, we will do our best to accommodate this.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
