Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. We leave you all of the things you need for a great fire!! There is a chance that guests will be staying next door at the antique cabin while you occupy the tiny house. On the other side of the cabin, there is a family favorite guaranteed-catch trout farm - but, occasionally, you may smell the fish!

Cherokee Cottage is a newly renovated cottage in Yonahlossee Resort. The cottage features are Open concept Living Room with Sectional Sleeper sofa that can be rearranged in multi functional uses, Gas Fireplace, Fully updated kitchen with eat at Island for 4, Separate Bedroom with a King Size bed, built in closet with desk space, Large Bathroom with walk in shower, 2 Rock Sink basins. Tv's are located in the Living room and the bedroom.

Cozy Condo at Sugar Mountain Ski Resort

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.
