Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

Situated on a working farm, only five minutes out of the nearby town of Donnybrook, but a world away from city life. The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

On the Beach Front 2

Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area. Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Plus, a quick five-minute drive brings you to gorgeous beaches perfect for swimming, surfing, picnicking, or catching one of the world's most spectacular sunsets.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Beach House is a modern, architect designed, luxury holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful ocean views from every room and views across the local wetlands. Located just 2 hours from Perth and midway between Bunbury and Busselton, the Beach House is the perfect base to explore all that "down south" can offer.
