Just minutes from 1-75 and I-69, Kettering, UM-Flint, and Mott, as well as downtown Flint's businesses and restaurants, the museums and theatres of our amazing cultural district, McLaren, Hurley, as well as Atwood Stadium and Dort Federal Arena. No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.
