The Studio is surrounded by a traditional English country garden in the grounds of our Grade II listed cottage. Choose from a variety of nearby pubs & restaurants where you can enjoy liquid refreshment, lunch or an evening meal (3 of which are within walking distance). Take time out to relax in the free standing bath before, or after, a peaceful and comfortable sleep. The Zeppelin with outdoor bath (April-November)

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.

Part of a converted Victorian School which is now a family home. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, kettle, toaster and fridge. The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops.
