Our home is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Bristol; our private guesthouse is only a few minutes walk to town with great restaurants, a few bars, shopping, and specialty stores. The village of Bristol is in the heart of the Green Mountains close to Middlebury and Burlington, major ski areas, Lake Champlain, minutes to Vermont's best mountains, rivers, swimming holes, fishing, hiking, and biking. We have lived here over 25 years and we will be happy to guide you any way we can.

Our cozy yurt is located within minutes of amazing, hiking, biking, skiing, breweries and much more! Relax around the fire while listening to our resident owls or stare up at the stars through the dome. We're centrally located to some of the best hiking and swimming skiing in Central Vermont. Mt Abe and Bartlett's Falls are the closest options. We're also close to civilization with several towns close by to explore for food, drink, art, and shopping. Or travel a bit further to Burlington..

The Groovy Lake House

Step inside our time capsule home built in 1974 with some fresh mid-century modern updates. Enjoy year-around fun with swimming, sight-seeing, hiking, leaf-peeping, bird watching, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, stargazing, pie-eating, sand relaxing. Stay and take it easy. Relax at the Groovy Lake House situated on 8-acres next to Lake Champlain (no direct lake access from property but 2 miles away), & a short trip to the Champlain Bridge leading into New York and the Adirondacks.

The Barn at Grousewood, located 35 minutes to Burlington. If you are looking for a cozy, relaxing get away, we welcome you to our converted barn. Spin some vinyl, read or play games. Centrally located for day trips to breweries, hikes and restaurants. We have hiking trails for snowshoeing and exploring our woods full of wildlife. Deer, bear, bobcat, owls, porcupine, wild turkey, grouse and more. Enjoy a fire outside or relax in front of the hearth. WiFi for traveling workers & dog friendly.

Great Vermont country home within a short walk to town. Vergennes has lots of great restaurants, shops and a quaint little park to enjoy the outside in. Vergennes offers live music in some of our local pubs on the weekends. We are just a 15 min ride to Middlebury, 35 minute ride to Burlington, 20 minutes to Shelburne Museum, a short hour drive to some of the best ski resorts We are also 10-12 minutes away form Basin Harbor Golf course. Perfect for skiers, Golfers and leaf peppers!!
