Our Grade II listed lodge, built in 1779, is extremely unique and has undergone a sympathetic restoration to bring it back to its former glory. It is single storey and has been generously furnished and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic luxury, self catered getaway. The Lodge has a large lawned private garden with a patio, furniture and wonderful views. It is set in the beautiful village of Brattleby in rural Lincolnshire just 10 minutes drive from the historic city of Lincoln.

A beautifully converted Barn set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham. With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath. The bedroom downstairs is a twin room with two single beds and large wet room.

Located down a hidden lane in a quiet riverside village with excellent transport links into Newark on Trent, Lincoln and Nottingham. Although peaceful, it is moments off the A1, so great for onward journeys. It is also ideally placed for access to the famous Newark showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to the riverside pub and lovely walks. A completely private cottage with one large double, a twin, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard.

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. The cottage is over 300 yrs old and has had a complete renovation. The east wing is for our guests with garden and seating area. 10% discount for weekly stays. Price: 2 people sharing a king bed. The Cottage offers a light and airy refurbished bedroom with ensuite facilities, a traditional lounge with brick fire place and log burner and a small, well equipped kitchen. There is a small enclosed garden which is south facing.
