Perto tem o Golf da Aroeira. Na Fonte da Telha há bons restaurantes, bares, atividades naúticas e de mergulho e pesca de arte xávega. A Costa da Caparica fica a 10m e Lisboa a 20 m.

The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the subroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.

The outdoor hot water shower with view and compost toilet give you a perfect off-grid experience. Wilderness and nature are key!

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Atlantic View Art Penthouse + Breakfast & Wine

A 130 m² duplex penthouse at the top of a historic villa, with panoramic Atlantic views. Once the artist’s studio, it retains a strong sense of authorship, defined by five-metre-high ceilings and a fluid dialogue between levels. It offers a spacious kitchen and a large dining and living area filled with natural light. There are two sleeping areas, including one on the mezzanine, and a generous bathroom. Oriented to all four directions, it offers a luminous atmosphere.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
