2 story town home on Amelia Island, FL is just a quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Master with King-sized bed and Queen bed in second bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs, which is great for people who want to go to bed before other guests. There's a nice large deck to relax & listen to the water fountain in the adjacent pond. The condo is furnished with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, chairs, cooler, pool toys, etc.

Our beautiful beach condo has been in our family for 37 years. Just a short 2 blocks to the sand and ocean and a stone's throw to the pool and tennis court. Our children and grandchildren love coming to Fernandina Beach - we hope the same for you and your family! Beach chairs, umbrella, 2 adult bikes, beach towels and a few sand digging toys are available to make your stay enjoyable. When not in the pool or on the beach - Fort Clinch is a bike ride away! We look forward to sharing our condo!

Lovely 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment over carriage house. Modern stainless appliances in kitchen, 55" LED TV with cable, high speed internet, washer/dryer. Completely furnished and supplied with all household needs. Centrally located between I-95, shopping/restaurants and beach. Check-in is 3:00p-8:00p. No check-in after 8:00p please. When booking please notify me of the estimated time you will arrive. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. We cannot accommodate trailers.
