We are ideally located for those wishing to attend Hay Festival & Royal Welsh. Also a great escape for walking and cycling enthusiasts with so many opportunities to explore our glorious countryside right on our doorstep.

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! (plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)

Cosy modern conversion tucked into the eaves of a former agricultural building, with views of beautiful countryside and sunsets. Ideally located for walking the Offa's Dyke Path and in the Black Mountains. Only 10 minutes drive to the famous book town of Hay on Wye. Own entrance & private garden with deck chairs, picnic table BBQ and firepit. Charming stroll through our fields and woodland. Free undercover parking with space for bikes, wellies, wet gear etc.

This recently refurbished cottage is in a peaceful location but only a 10 minute walk to local amenities (2 pubs, a cafe with a pop up restaurant and a shop) and the River Wye. Across from the house is a woodland walk taking you up to the common with stunning views of the Black Mountains. Choose this or many other walks, bike rides or canoeing down the river to explore this area of natural beauty. Or explore the famous book town, Hay on Wye only 5 miles away.
