The Willow House: a Modern Vermont Retreat

Just 7 miles (12 minutes ) to the Dartmouth Campus, this newly re-built little house sits beside its own pond on the edge of a sheep pasture. All the comforts of a modern home in 600sqft. Enjoy access to hiking trails and State Forest lands as well as an easy drive to world-class skiing an hour away and all that the Dartmouth College community offers just minutes away. This is the best of pastoral Vermont, with outside living-dining space ( south facing deck and north facing screen porch).

Modular home has only ever been a short term rental and never fully lived in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one master bathroom. Electric fireplace to gather around after a long day playing in the snow. Large movie collection for stay at home days. Keurig machine for fresh coffee in the morning or some hot chocolate. 30 minutes to Stowe, Burlington and Montpelier. Lots of places to eat and shop within 30 minutes. The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.
