The Spa Studio is the perfect retreat for couples or close friends seeking a luxurious and peaceful getaway - an adults-only haven where you can unwind, recharge, and indulge. You will have full private use (pre-booking required) of a fully-equipped wellness center and hydropool (2 hr private session included for each night of your stay). Situated in Peldon village, recently named as "the village of the year", 4 miles away from the beach where you can take nice long walks along the coastline.

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Amazing character 3 storey house dating from 1860’s with sea views, modernised and expanded in 2009 to provide 3 king size luxury bedrooms, (2 with en-suite) 1 large dressing room, 1 large family bathroom with bath, sink, large walk on shower and double sinks and large open plan ground floor set over two levels with large luxury sitting room, stepping down to open plan dining area, kitchen with central island unit and rear seating area with bi-fold doors opening onto a luxury garden area.

The Lookout - Thorpe Bay beach apartments

The Lookout is situated directly on the sea front between Southend on sea and Thorpe bay. We have stunning sea views and our balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset over Southend pier. The beach is right outside our front door and a 15 min walk along it will take you to Southend sea front, with its many arcades and Adventure island. The 1 bedroom luxury apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, stylish wet room, 50" curved tv, free wifi and a log burner.

Cottage on the beach

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

BBQ. 0.7 mi walk to town high street and amenities. 0.4 mi walk to the closest pub. 1.6 mi walk to sea front.
