Our cozy apartment attached to our garage can sleep 2 guests and provides a unique western vibe with views of our horses from the bedroom window. The property is roomy and private but also has two main houses and two barns within sight. We are 8 minutes from the Schroon Lake village with the river within walking distance to swim, kayak or tube in. This is also a great location for many of the tourist attractions like hiking, boating, fishing, skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling.

We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. STR Permit: 200022 We have a cozy, Adirondack style, 2 bedroom apartment featuring two decks with an excellent view of Whiteface and the LP Horse show. Our rental is located across the street from the Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds above our small family business. It is our goal to offer a clean, affordable and comfortable space for visitors. We do allow well behaved dogs, however dogs who tend to startle easily and bark often are discouraged.
