Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Off street parking, free WiFi and breakfast included. My home is a quick 5 min walk to Emma Willard School, 1.5 miles to RPI, and 2 miles to Russell Sage College. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Only 3.9 miles (8 min) to Cooperstown’s Main Street in the spring, summer and fall and 5.7 miles (10 min) in winter.

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.

The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids) just be careful there is a steep latter going up the bedroom.
