The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. Lounger Hot Tub Private Two Bedroom Suite

Newly remodeled two bedroom suite with private entrance, lounger hot tub, patio, bathroom, full kitchen, and laundry. The house is located with short access to i70 which makes it an easy hour+ drive to the slopes. It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, foothill trailheads, Ball Arena, and Boulder. The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver.

Blueberry house 3BR with private entrance & Hottub

Soak up in the hot-tub, sit by the firepit, and enjoy a nice night of slumber in our SOLAR powered home with car charging. Stay at the lower level of our renovated house. It has 3 BR and 2 BA(1King, 2Queens). You can see some mountains from the hot tub during winter. We have fast internet, a kitchenette, washer-dryer. ~30 minutes away from the Lookout mountains and the Red Rocks. Parking is available in the driveway/street. We live in the upper half. No need to take out trash at check out.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Full kitchen, bath, laundry. King size bed along with a huge couch. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine and beautiful backyard (smoking outside OK). The owner lives on the main level with his 2 friendly pups. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage.

A remodeled space in a great Denver neighborhood with a separate and secure keyless entrance. Just 2 blocks from recently opened café, brew house, wine bar and pizza joint. If you prefer to stay in, there’s a kitchen, living room, workout space and bath. Don’t forget you will also have access to the hot tub.
