The Small Roundhouse .. relax in nature

The roundhouse is a beautifully crafted, cosy hideaway with simple, basic comforts. You sleep under a thick thatch roof on a comfortable double bed with storage drawers beneath, there's a small wood fired earth oven - fireplace for the colder months, there's a reading light and an electrical socket. It's small and cosy inside and full of character. You'll hear the sound of a trickling stream beneath the balcony, the soft hooting of owls in the night and the birdsong in the thickets about you.

Truly luxurious holiday accommodation in a tastefully converted byre, set in a tranquil, rural location, but ideally located for all that the south- west has to offer. The cottage is beautifully presented with hard wood floors and finishes throughout, including a wood-burning stove in the spacious living room, sumptuous beds chosen for their quality and comfort, and fully equipped to make a superb holiday cottage. The wagons, one a lovely bedroom with a super king bed, the other a gorgeous bathroom with shower and roll top bath, accessed by a tunnel, no going outside! The bothy is living area and kitchen. You will enjoy a private hot tub, and a wild flower meadow garden with furniture and a cooking fire pit. Set on a quiet private estate, this awesome retreat is a place to de-stress.

The Byre at Grange Farm is a cosy characterful rural hideaway retreat for a couple or family up to 4 people. It is a totally private annex next to our main farmhouse in the picturesque village of Bampton Grange in the Lake District. The accommodation is all open plan with TV(freeview), woodburner & comfy sofas opening up to a breakfast bar, newly appointed kitchen & shower room. On request we can offer an evening meal / breakfast basket filled with homemade and locally sourced goodies!

As you approach the hobbit house you'll be greeted by a charming small green door hidden within a developing garden. Complete with a stream and weir and fragrant herbs in the summer. Step inside and you'll find yourself in a cozy and inviting space, filled with natural light and earthy tones. The Hobbit House features a comfortable living area, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a stove, fridge, and all the necessary utensils.

This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. Experience camping fire cooking, and clear starlit skies, whilst having a comfy bed, a kitchen, hot water, shower compost toilet and a wood burning stove to cosy round if it gets cold. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.
