The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

We are just a 10 min drive to Goodwood and 15 minutes to Historic Portsmouth and the beautiful award winning beaches of West Witterings. One night stays sometimes possible, on request only.

A lovely 3 bedroom cottage, believed to date from the 18th century, with enclosed private garden and own parking for 2 cars. A 5 minute walk to the quay, numerous independent cafes and restaurants, all within a short stroll. Fantastic area to explore with beautiful views of Chichester harbour and the estuary. Great for walking with abundant bird life. Two double bedrooms and one twin room. Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.
