Located in downtown Emporia's Art and Entertainment District where many major events are held. With-in walking distance of the Granada Theater and ESU. Ample free parking. This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a unique quiet/private country stay. The lodging is a cowboy bunkhouse with "down-home comfort" casual country setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious". This is not a "Disney" experience... frankly the farm "stay" isn't for everyone! Occupancy limited to online reservation. Be sure to review Kansas Laws for alcohol age use or illegal drugs list. No firearms are allowed on the Heartland Ranch property.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, additional queen inflatable bed (17” high) downstairs and a twin bed downstairs. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.
