Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

You might occasionally hear a noise from an attached space behind the wall like you would in a hotel if people came down the hall but your space is your space accessible only from the outside because of 2 locked doors. It’s perfect forsomeone who doesn’t plan on cooking in the space other than toaster oven and coffee.
