Our Round House is located on a Rural Coastal Acreage, the edge of the Great Sandy Straits overlooking Fraser Island and the glorious blue waters on this area. Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

Walking distance to Xavier College. Monthly rental is welcome. The house features a private jetty and spacious backyard overlooking the lake and bushland. It's best for a family holiday or workers staying in town. There is fully functioning kitchen with utensils and crockery. All appliances are provided and with A/C.
