Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sun bathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. There are 2 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds + available roll-away bed for groups of 5 people. 2 full bathrooms with all toiletries provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy the coffee selection that is provided. Note: We have a spectacular sister property right next door, which boasts 3 bedrooms, plus a roll-away bed if needed, plus another 1000 square foot terrace. The 2 terraces are connected and will be accessible for large groups. The 2 condos hold a total of 12 people. Guests are allowed to use all amenities in the building. Amenities include the outdoor space on the 6th floor, which has hot tubs, many lounge areas, BBQ's and sun decks. The gym is also on the 6th floor along with the mens/womens change rooms, saunas/showers, a tv lounge and quiet sitting areas. You will need to bring your keys/fobs to gain access to the common areas. I live 5 minutes away from the building and almost always greet guests upon their arrival to show them around and take them up to the suite. I am readily available if guests need anything such as extra towels, supplies or even suggestions on where to go for dinner. Note: If for some reason I cannot meet and greet you upon your arrival, I will send you the lock-box instructions. The western end of Queen (sometimes simply referred to as "Queen West") is now best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and visual arts. Over the past 25 years, it's become a major Toronto tourist attraction. Public transit is closeby... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station. Please adhere to the following; NO loud music NO parties NO narcotics NO smoking indoors (balcony only) Please be respectful of your surroundings and the neighbours. The majority of the people who live in the building are full-time residents who go to work and don't want to have to deal with excessive noise and problems. This peaceful property is minutes from the Hawthorne Valley Farm store, 20 minutes to the world-class food and vintage mecca of Hudson, and 30 minutes from the culture and history of Tanglewood, Jacobs PIllow and the Berkshires. For recreation there is hiking in the valley and nearby conservancy areas, biking on country roads, or cross-country, downhill or snowshoeing during the snowy months. Hawthorne is a 2-hour drive from NYC or a 2-hour Amtrak ride from Penn Station to Hudson, and then a 20 minute drive by car or taxi. The house is conveniently close to the Taconic Parkway, while set in a peaceful and quiet valley.

The Old Dairy, cottage on Highland Farm

As the name suggests this cottage was previously used as dairy on the family farm in years gone by. The house was built in the 1850's, the first house on the farm as it is now. The cottage was also known as Grieves House and was home to the Manager of Dalmore Distillery years and years ago. We live on a family farm and there is always somebody nearby for assistance during your stay. Dalmore Farm is in a quiet location on the edge of Alness, a busy town which in 2018 won the title of Best High Street in Scotland. Set on the shore of the Cromarty Firth, this makes an ideal base for exploring Easter Ross and the Northern Highlands. Alness town centre is approx 10 - 15 walk Morrisons and Lidl are approx 5 minute walk

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
