Complete with a gazebo and outdoor dining area, lawn games & firepit. Short walk to shops, & marina.

Take a refreshing dip in the lake, cool off in the outdoor shower, listen to the waves, soak in the sunrise from the chairs at the rocky beach, enjoy the hot tub, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, grill up your favorite picnic foods; all while taking in the 100 feet of private lakeshore. Winding Down is the perfect place to enjoy the quiet side of DC. We are walking distance from the Nature Preserve & the shores of North Bay. Located in a beautiful cedar forest that provides a needed respite. Plenty of privacy but also a short drive to Ephraim & Sister Bay.
