Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. Thistle Dhu Cottage is a self-contained steading/barn annex, decorated in a "rural chic with retro twist" style, located in peaceful countryside. Enclosed garden & private meadow. Great base for exploring Cairngorms, Grampians, east coast beaches & harbours, golf courses, scenic & wildlife photography, astronomy, walking, cycling, or relaxing in your own space. Open-plan Living Room/Dinette/Kitchenette, ONE Bedroom, Shower/Toilet. Pets very welcome. Sorry, not suitable for young children.

The Gate Lodge, Lundie Castle

Situated approximately 2 miles from the quaint, historical village of Edzell in Angus. The Gate Lodge is a quiet and peaceful location from which all of Angus and beyond can be explored or where you can relax with family and friends to enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful rural surroundings. The cottage has a lovely sun lounge/dining area which looks out over the garden, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and games room. There is a climbing frame in the garden and we are pet friendly.

"This 1 bed cottage is situated in the heart of the beautiful Ballater, Royal Deeside. It has just been newly renovated making it a bit of luxury for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and place to hide the suitcases, drawers and a T. V. A Z bed and a travel cot are available on request when booking. It has a wood burner and a Scottish theme throughout. We have aimed to make this a cosy and comfortable getaway for you to enjoy.

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Crail cottage with gardens, sea views, parking

This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Rowan Cottage - dog friendly with firepit

Renovated with space and comfort in mind, it sits on the edge of capo woods - an ancient Scots pine forest. The main room is huge and combines the kitchen, dinning room and sitting room allowing everyone to socialise together. We are doggie friendly too, so the whole family can come too. ** Please note - we have sadly been affected by both storm Arwen and Corrie , which has altered the landscape ,with 80% of the woodland destroyed , updated photos coming soon ***

Rural cottage near Arbroath and close to Lunan bay and Auchmithie, ideal to get away from it all. I bedroom with an adjacent dressing room and open plan kitchen/living space, all on one floor. A lovely bright conservatory and outside patio and seating area is also included. Perfect for walking and cycling in a beautiful part of Angus with Arbroath around 3 miles away and Montrose around 7 miles. Located just off the Arbroath to Montrose Cycle route.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

Small apartment in the center of Crail

A brand new apartment in an outbuilding in our garden. Two story, plus a bed in the mezzanine. The bedroom and bath room are downstairs. Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.
