My place is very close to beautiful Sloan's Lake, with easy access to the breathtaking Rocky mountains, 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater and Golden and 30 minutes from Boulder.

Just 3 miles from downtown Denver, the city is quite accessible, as are the Rocky Mtns. Our cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Full kitchen. Off-street, covered parking. WiFi & AC.

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.
