Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. Lovely, modern room in boutique hotel with private beach. Watch the Steamship Authority ferries come into the harbor. No need for a car as the property is just steps from the ferry terminal, art galleries, shops and restaurants like the famous Black Dog Tavern. Unit was completely remodeled in 2021 featuring all new furniture and decor. The property offers friendly service and amenities such as outdoor grill, picnic tables, beach loungers, and a community room. A perfect island getaway!

The Porch Room has a queen bed and private shower room and half bath located next door to the room in the hallway. This bedroom also has its own entrance to the wrap around porch. The Porch room is one of six rooms at the Tivoli Inn. The Tivoli Inn is a charming Victorian Gingerbread house which has the island charm and a clean and friendly atmosphere. The inn is walking distance to all downtown amenities including town beach, seasonal ferry terminals and public transportation.

Sleeps up to six comfortably. Also includes a telephone, WiFi, and central air conditioning.

This beautifully appointed room with private bath & sitting area, includes bike rentals, cable, free WIFI, overlooking gardens & park. We are located on the Shining Sea Bikeway in Falmouth, across the street from Goodwill Park, a short walk to the Steamship Authority. Guest are welcome to take bikes over to Martha's Vineyard for day excursions. Beach passes are available, 139 private & public beaches to choose from.

Room #2 Oceanfront Beach House Inn

Room #2 is the largest room in the house, located front and center facing the beach. It has a Queen sized bed, as well as a full-sized futon. Views from this room and deck are absolutely breathtaking! If party of more than 4, please inquire about renting multiple rooms here.

Room #1 Ocean Front Beach House Inn

Room #1 is one of 3 bedrooms on the second floor (4 on the first floor). Upstairs rooms are larger, have bigger outdoor decks, and amazing views of the ocean. This room has a Queen sized bed as well as an extra long twin bed, with a twin sized trundle bed.
