Op het park is een gezellig restaurant met groot terras waar u heerlijk kunt eten, langs het terras is een speeltuin voor kindjes. De natuur en omgeving is prachtig om te fietsen en wandelen, o.a. in het natuurgebied Kempenbroek. Het is een autovrij natuurpark, u kunt alle spullen uitladen bij het huisje en daarna de auto parkeren en genieten! Laadpalen op parkeerterrein.

Op enkele minuten loopafstand bent u in het centrum, het Outlet, strand gelegenheden of een waterskibaan. Woonboot Monsin heeft alle luxe en faciliteiten die je nodig hebt met een groot (deels) overdekt terras met steiger. Tevens is er een grote tuin en parkeer gelegenheid. Het is een perfecte plek als je van natuur houdt en je Roermond en omgeving wil leren ontdekken.

Op 20 km afstand bevindt zich Designer Outlet Roermond. Ook een bezoek aan Thorn is absoluut de moeite waard en natuurlijk niet te vergeten Maastricht op 40 km afstand.

Het gezellige stadspand ligt in een klein oud straatje op wandelafstand (5 minuten) van het centrum, het Designer Outlet Center waar u kunt shoppen, Theater, Bioscoop, Restaurants en Terrassen, Watersport en Cultuur echt alles binnen handbereik. Wij zijn super enthousiast over ons pand en de ligging en wij weten zeker dat u dat ook gaat worden. Het pand is voor U alleen (2 personen geen medebewoners.

It’s the perfect spot for hikers, cyclists, or anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Want to explore the city? Eindhoven, Roermond (+ Designer Outlet), Sittard, Maaseik, and Maasmechelen (Village) are all within a 30-minute drive. At the reception, you’ll find plenty of tips for things to do in the area. De woning is in 2023 volledig gerenoveerd. Het huis is gelegen op het vakantie park Porte Isola en in de nabije omgeving kan men heerlijk wandelen en fietsen. En uiteraard een paradijs voor de watersporters met een sloepverhuur op het park.

Wir vermieten unser Ferienhaus in Stevensweert. Es befindet sich direkt in der Hafennähe-in zwei min zum Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub am Wasser oder für einen Ausflug am Wochenende. Auch für alle ,die ein eigenes Boot haben und auf der Suche nach einer gemütliche Unterkunft sind. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Das haus ist komplett umzäunt!
