This lighthouse style home is situated on 3 private acres and has 3 water views: the Creek, the Chesapeake Bay and the Rappahannock River all which can be viewed from the wrap @ deck and top observation lookout. Privacy, peace, relaxation, togetherness … this cottage is the perfect place for memory-making with your family and friends!     The kitchen is stocked with every spice and tool you may require to create a delicious meal, which can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, large dining table, or outside, surrounded by the tranquil Virginia ambience.     The shed, equipped with kayaks, paddle board, crabbing gear, bicycles, beach stuff chairs, has all you may need for a day on the bay or at the ocean.

The Waverly Treehouse

Reconnect with nature and sway with the trees in this rustic treehouse nestled away in the woods with a gorgeous view of Hungar's creek. Enjoy the view from the front porch or while relaxing around the fire pit. Visit the adorable beach town of Cape Charles, complete with a beautiful beach, brewery, distillery and plenty of restaurant options, or stop by the nearby vineyard for some local wine. Usage of dock, kayaks, grill, and fire pit all included. Beach towels and cooler also provided.

Waterfront Guesthouse I on the Rappahannock

The “Bay House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has a beautiful Bay view and includes access to our private beach & dock (w/ guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath w/ jetted tub, covered patio and carport. The 2nd floor features a large bedroom, king bed and 1/2 bath.

On Virginia's beautiful Eastern Shore, the Bay Breeze Home on Occohannock Creek is the ultimate getaway for two or a large family desiring outside adventures. Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. We are pet friendly as any beach cottage should be and love seeing our guests and their pets enjoying the cottage.
