The Shack. V close to the beach & West Wittering

The Shack is a lovely light, cosy annex a minute’s walk to East Wittering beach. It sleeps two very comfortably and four at a bit of a squeeze. West Wittering is a 10 minute cycle, 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk along the beach. It’s an easy walk to lots of delicious restaurants, cafes and shops located in East Wittering village. Great for small families, couples or friends. Perfect for kite surfers, windsurfers and surfers. It is very peaceful and light. It is a self catering property.

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
