Local bus stop to CBD is 100m on foot. Foreshore, Supermarkets, Shops, Cafes, Banks are within walking distance. Crown Casino, Elizabeth Quay, TAFE, CBD are less than 5km by car.

Two Bed Villa, steps to famous cafe and bar strip

East Victoria Park is a vibrant and diverse area, located a 10 minute drive or bus ride from the Perth CBD and home to one of the longest main strips in the Southern Hemisphere, packed with all manner of restaurants, cafes, pubs and retail/grocery stores, within a 3 minute walk from my place. There is also a convenience store, which is a 2 minute walk and open till 11pm. Public transport is also very conveniently located to be able to access many areas of Perth. By car, it's approximately 10 minutes to Curtin Uni or Optus Stadium, 20 minutes to Perth Airport, 25 minutes to Cottesloe Beach or Lesmurdie Falls. You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails. Guests have a separate entry and private access to a main bedroom, bathroom and a living area/second bedroom.

The room is 20m2, A/C, carpeted and contains a queen size bed, 2 armchairs, a smart TV, wardrobe with shelves, fridge, table and NBN. A coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster are also provided along with cutlery and crockery; no kitchen. Walk to frequent buses, train, two shopping centres and numerous bars, restaurants and cafes. 10 mins to new Optus Stadium by car.

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
