The Coachhouse is cosy and quiet. It has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. There is a private gated courtyard that guests are also welcome to use. Only 5 minutes from East Kilbride and 20 minutes from Glasgow but surrounded by fields and countryside Full use of the Coachhouse and the courtyard next to it Feel free to contact me with any queries by phone, text, e mail The property is only a couple of minutes from the village of Carmunnock, a pretty conservation village and the only official village left in Glasgow. There is a local shop, pharmacy, and an excellent restaurant in the town. There is parking next to the Coachhouse. Getting around by car is ideal but we are also only minutes from two train stations and there are regular buses in the village minutes up the road. We have two dogs but they are friendly and kept in the main house or our back garden.

The Rookery

Eaglesham was designated Scotland’s first outstanding conservation area in 1960. The Rookery is a self contained one bedroom flat in the heart of Eaglesham. Shops, pub and restaurants are within walking distance. The Rookery is an ideal base to discover the surrounding area with a wealth of sporting activities; water sports, golfing, fishing, walking and cycling. Situated close to the city of Glasgow an array of activities beckons; museums, restaurants, concert venues as well as retail therapy!

Downstairs comprises of an open plan kitchen and living room, with sofa and electric fire as well as gas central heating. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. The rear garden is enclosed and the front is open.

Situated in the poplar affluent Newton Mearns suburb of Glasgow. Guests can enjoy a private, level, patio for alfresco dining. If cooking is not for you the nearest restaurant on Mearns road (well rated on on social media) is just a 4 minute walk. Also nearby is a convenience store, bakery, hardware store, liqueur store, dry c leaners and a hair dressers. The nearby park offers a play area for infants. Public transport into city centre via No.4 bus.

Situated in Giffnock, a lovely suburb in Glasgow’s Southside with great transport links into the city. The house is bright and airy with lots to offer families, as well as groups of friends. The space can be used in a flexible way; the main double bedroom has plenty of room to add a travel cot (I can provide this), bedroom2 can be set up as a single, twin or king, and the lounge has a double sofa bed. There’s also a large south-facing garden.
