We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Welcome to The House of the Mermaid! Come stay in this newly renovated and decorated basement apartment in my house in a quiet and residential area of Hampton Bays. Close to all that you could ever want; restaurants, bars, shopping, and beaches. Perfect getaway for any season. The Hamptons are known for their amazing Summers at the beach, but don't forget about all that Long Island has to offer throughout the seasons. Shopping at Tanger Outlets, apple/pumpkin picking, and the N.F. vineyards!

Take a deep breath when you enter this very bright, well appointed pool cottage. Lush backyard with the main residence and use of the salt water, unheated pool and outdoor shower. Property is on a tree lined street that ends at the bay. A 5 minute walk to the quaint village of East Quogue. Want to hit the fabulous Hampton beaches, they are a 10 minute drive away. Closest downtown Hamptons are Hampton Bays (5 min), Westhampton (our favorite ...10 min) and Southampton (15 min).

My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Very close beaches near dune road. Movie theaters, supermarkets, liquor store, farms and a bunch of local restaurants that you can visit.DJs are not allowed. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.
