This Tiny home is located in a small mountain Village on a lot behind my house. It is close to Columbia Lake, Fairmont hot springs, Lussier hot springs, and the Kootenay River. If you like the outdoors you will love Canal Flats. You can ski, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, swim, skate, water ski, and fish. Newly renovated with a few small details to finish inside. The outside of the building still has some work to be done on the siding and landscaping.

Location is close to both provincial and national parks as well as a 5-10 minute drive to fantastic restaurants and shops in Canmore. The suite is clean, bright, brand new and fully equipped with a king size bed, full kitchen, laundry and outdoor space to enjoy a BBQ and propane fire pit. The pop up double sofa bed is perfect for one adult or 2 children.

Located just a five minute walk from Kinsmen beach close to the downtown district, our lower level suite is perfect for those vacationers wanting to take in all that our beautiful mountain town has to offer.
