A warm and tastefully furnished basement with a lot of personality. Shops, cinema and restaurants are 6 minutes drive away and the area feels peaceful and secluded. After a busy day, set the ambiance and relax listening to music or watching TV. The kitchenette is well equipped. Soak in the tub, then fall asleep. Please note a family lives upstairs. This Tiny home is located in a small mountain Village on a lot behind my house. It is close to Columbia Lake, Fairmont hot springs, Lussier hot springs, and the Kootenay River. If you like the outdoors you will love Canal Flats. You can ski, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, swim, skate, water ski, and fish. Newly renovated with a few small details to finish inside. The outside of the building still has some work to be done on the siding and landscaping.
