Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut offers a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format --- we charge an additional £10 per night for the bunk, this is added automatically when you book for 3 people. There is a shower room and a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Fully insulated with central heating the hut is cosy warm at any time of year. Nearby:- Beamish Museum (must see!!), Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Mining Museum, Metro Centre.

This unique shepherd’s hut is sited on a privately owned 5 acre garden that spreads through woodlands with its own river walk. There is an outdoor BBQ area as well as an on-site sauna for guests to use. Enjoy a walk along or perhaps a dip in the river after a sauna. Yewbarrow - Shepherd's hut overlooking Wastwater

One of two traditional wooden shepherd's huts situated at the top of the beautiful Wasdale valley on a working Lakeland hill farm. Both huts have spectacular lake views over Wastwater and the surrounding fells and are the perfect bases for outdoor activities. Each hut comes complete with its own bathroom with shower, kitchen area and outdoor seating with BBQ. The shepherd's huts are brand new for summer 2022 and are currently being built from scratch here on the farm.
