Historic 1891 Mill House 2 blocks from Downtown!

First built in 1891 as just a "place to sleep" for the men working at the local cotton and tobacco mills. Restored and enlarged in 2012 with modern amenities while maintaining the home's unique history. The original brickwork, hardwood floors, foundation, roof and most of the original exterior walls are preserved! (now as internal walls!) Pair that with gas stove, granite countertop, artisan reclaimed wood center island, modern en-suite master bedroom and large flat screen TV's.

The backyard is large with a grill and seating area overlooking oak trees. The bungalow is located right next to Northgate Park, with dog parks, tennis courts, picnic area and walking trails.
