We are a 15 minute stroll from the clubhouse at Blairgowrie Golf Club and 2 miles from the centre of this attractive market town. With a large lounge, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, adjacent dining room, and a secluded garden, the house is ideal for relaxing and socialising with family and friends. Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor which is useful for people with restricted mobility.

Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Enjoy the slow life, destress and go for country walks and look out for Deer, Buzzards, Horses and Sheep. Wake to the wonderful sound of birds chirping away. The cottage is small and cozy with a wood burner. 1 toilet and shower. 2 double-bed bedrooms upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. We also have good WiFi.

Waterside - Broughty Ferry - House by the beach

WaterSide is a spacious 3 bedroom house in Broughty Ferry by the beach with private parking, located by the river Tay next to the Lifeboat station with spectacular views of the river. The center of Broughty Ferry with all its amenities is a few minutes walk away as is Broughty Ferry Castle and sandy beach. The Fishermans Pub and the Ship Inn are a minutes walk from the house. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.
