Apartment Liana 1 is located near Valdanos bay. Valdanos is a place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities; a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, dive, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old Town and the nearby bays in a little boat, catch fish, learn how beautiful it is to be nature's friend. Apartments are located about 2km from Valdanos beach, and about 700 m from center of the Ulcinj.

Two new bathrooms and one almost done and double bed added (see last two photos). 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, big balcony and separated kitchen make it very comfortable and spacious for families or group of friends. There is also small balcony behind too. Best area to avoid traffic jams. It is located at the shore of river Bojana with access to the main road that leads to river delta and long beach. Even though we are surrounded by luxury houses, we kept the unique appearance of an old fisherman's cottage. Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Sunset House 2

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Our house is located only a couple hundred meters from the most beautiful 12 kilometer long sandy beach in Europe, namely the famous Long Beach, and of course you can visit it by foot. We like to think that we live in paradise and we are inviting you to visit us and see for yourself.

A lot of stores in vicinity as well, and there's bus station right in front of the building.
