The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

The Burrows garden flat in central Buxton

The Burrows is a self-contained garden flat tucked away on a private back road in the heart of Buxton. It has its own private entrance and garden (5 steps down) with an off-road parking space for a small car. A deceptively spacious bolthole the flat has one large bedroom with a kingsize bed, bathroom with bath and shower, a library and study area, a light and airy living room, and a recently upgraded kitchen. Located on Green Lane, traffic is busy at peak times of the day, however this private studio is perfect for access to the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

Spacious Victorian ground floor apartment located within 5 minutes walk of Buxton town centre, Buxton Opera House and numerous bars, coffee shops & restaurants. The apartments comfortably sleeps up to 3 and has a period bathroom with a shower. 6ft superking leather bed, kitchen, large lounge, dining area, Wifi, TV and off road parking directly outside the front door. If the second bedroom is required, please book for 3 guests as this covers the additional cleaning costs.

The Conkers Country Cottage Self Catering Retreat

The Conkers is in the picturesque Hamlet of Moorwood Moor on of the edge of the Peak District. There are many walks from the door and 150 yards along the lane is The White Hart Inn where you will experience good food or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The Conkers delightful garden and orchard area provides a lovely spot for a relaxing drink, or perhaps some alfresco dining after a busy day exploring. There is ample off road secure parking behind automated gates.
