Chalet in the grounds of a large garden in the beautiful Peak District village of Youlgrave (good pubs & shops). Spectacular walks on doorstep. My mother was Swiss German and she had a large greenhouse made into the Chalet in 1992. In 2017 we fully renovated this quirky building. Easy parking, twin beds with new high quality firm memory foam mattresses in 2020, no smoking, ONE dog friendly. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

There a a range of excellent pubs/restaurants close by and Trentham Gardens is within a few miles.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

Boothswood Barn in Holbrook, Derbyshire

A few years ago, we converted our barn into a light and clean holiday home, ideal for families or a group of friends. Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park. Holbrook also offers a local shop, and two real ale pubs, all within easy walking distance

Rooms with a View

A self-contained annexe, with its own kitchen and bathroom plus a separate bedroom on an open-plan mezzanine floor above, accessible via a spiral staircase. There is free parking on the drive for one car. Please be aware that the stairs can prove challenging to older visitors or those with disabilities, and they also make the annexe unsuitable for infants.
