At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Welcome to the Beach House at Grand Lake. If you are looking to stay at a peaceful location with a private dock (excluding the use of boat slip) and a great view, you've come to the right place. You can relax inside next to a cozy fire or enjoy the outdoors on our private deck. You will have an amazing view inside and outside, of Duck Creek and the main lake. You can enjoy fishing and floating off the dock or just lounging with your feet in the water. Amazing sunrises!

Located on the Elk River arm of beautiful Grand Lake we are just 2 mi from Flint Fire Marina where you can utilize the boat ramp or fuel up. You can enjoy a shared dock for fishing or swimming and park your boat on the NE side of the dock while you stay. Enjoy your private entrance and private deck with fire pit and BBQ grill.

Twin Springs Ranch Guest House

Twin Springs Ranch is located in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. It is named for the two springs coming out of the cave from under the main house. Our guest house has a beautiful view of the Ozark Mountains and the cattle and horses in the pasture. If you like to hike there are trails available, just remember to shut the gate behind you. We are located 11 miles west of Siloam Springs and 12 from the first float (canoe/kayak) resort on the Illinois river.
