We sit directly across the street from the Northwest Square entertainment hub, with a restaurant, bar and frequent live music, and just a few blocks from all the downtown shops and restaurants. This two bedroom two bath 103 year old home, with lots of charm and character, is the perfect getaway.

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. A tranquil oasis located in the historic, walkable Garden District. A mini-resort designed and built by artist Michael E. Arth, is hosted by Michael and his partner, Shasta. This is a destination location centrally located in downtown DeLand, between Orlando and Daytona Beach, close to various springs and the St. John's River. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. Downtown Orlando is 40 minutes, Orlando Airport is an hour away. Day trip to the Kennedy Space Center and theme parks.

Stetson & Downtown DeLand Coastal Cottage

You will be within very close walking distance to both Downtown DeLand's dining, shopping, and year-round events as well as Stetson University. This cozy cottage was built in 1916 and although the home has kept it's charming historical integrity, it's been renovated with relaxing coastal finishes. The upstairs master bedroom features a King, guest room has two Twin-XL beds. Guests will enjoy free wi-fi internet, Hulu and Netflix, and two parking spaces in the driveway.
