Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

This clean, comfortable home is in a peaceful neighborhood and centrally located to everything you may wish to enjoy while on your Central Florida vacation. Literally two to three minutes away from I-4, highway 417 and a multitude of shopping and dining options. Universal Studios, Sea World and Daytona International Speedway are all within about 40 minutes, while Disney World and Kennedy Space Center are about 50 - 60 minutes. Also easy access to Sanford and Orlando International Airports.

This charming rustic home has a lot to offer. It has many nooks where your family can unite and create moments for their memory buckets. Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are only 40 minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach. 45 minutes to theme parks.

This is a perfect place for your family. Your children will love soaking in a huge pool, that is cleaned and sanitized. There are also"pool toys" on the premises for your usage. BBQ Pit, and Coal Available. This full house with Central A/C, fully certified outdoor pool is a gateway to Disney and other major parks, as well as Daytona Beach. Close to MCO airport in a pristine community. The house is cleaned by a professional company and fully sanitized after each guest.

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Charming home walkable or bikeable to Historical Downtown DeLand and neighboring playground. Located on a quiet street, this three bedroom home has plenty of living space and a fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoy a walk at Bill Dreggors Park, take the kids to Freedom Playground, play some board games, or have a bonfire in the backyard! We’ve recently added a pack n play style crib for families with small children. Please note that the garage and shed are not for guest use

1 camera near the front door for security. Recording 24/7. Small pre-approved gatherings/events may be allowed with written approval before booking. Max 30 people on property. Event/visitor fee: $20 per person. No outside music after 11 PM. No bottles or glass near the pool. Spacious 4BR Lake Mary retreat with pool, bright living areas, king master suite, oversized showers, and easy access to Disney, Daytona Beach, and local attractions.

A private home, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds in each, a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. Washer and dryer on premise. Ample parking in driveway. Small cement patio in back of the house, accessible through sliding glass door. Small kitchen with new appliances, kitchen table with 5 chairs. Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink
