This tiny home sits on a private two acres, has an outdoor patio area for lounging, grilling, and star gazing at night. The inside is fully equipped with a convection stovetop, fridge, bathroom, wifi, and queen-sized bed with an east-facing window for the perfect sunrise! Please note that during winter months you'll need to park by the entrance and walk to the tiny home (2 min walk)

The interior of this cozy country cabin has been RENOVATED and we can’t wait to share it with you! Disconnect from city life a recharge in the country. In the evenings' BBQ on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine next to the fire pit. Spend days hiking in the trails of Lutheranville State Forest in the Summer or Cross Country Ski & Snowmobile in the winter. It is approximately a mile away. We are also 2.5 miles from Seven Ponds Farm and about 30-35 minutes to both Oneonta and Cooperstown.

(There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.

Our decor is an Adirondack theme. Log bed, knotty pine. ceiling lighting and windows for natural brightness. Quiet, warm, relaxing. A large pond to enjoy, sitting by with a good book or watching the wildlife. We have a cobblestone firepit to enjoy during the evening surrounded by seating. We are a short distance from many attractions in Cooperstown including the Baseball Hall of Fame!!!!!!!!!!!!
