This peaceful one bedroom, one bathroom guest house is tucked away surrounded by nature. This beautiful fully equipped home is attached to the main house through a connected laundry room that is available for use. We are only 12 miles from Bentonville where you can experience museums, parks, bike and walking trails. Many culinary and cultural delights await you!

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located shop home. Located just 3 miles off the new bypass you can easily get anywhere in NWA. Downtown Bentonville is just one exit South or you can head North and enjoy the Elk River in just a short 30 minute drive. After a fun day in NWA enjoy a peaceful night around the fire pit with no city lights to tune out the beautiful stars!
