Nestled in the shelter of beautiful Wiseman’s Cove minutes from Twillingate, our large, comfortable, and clean A-frame home sits on the oceanfront and features direct access to water for shoreline fishing or floating/rafting. Our cozy home features stunning views with an array of floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto the water and surrounding forest areas, outdoor firepit, indoor electric fireplace, spacious bedrooms, fully loaded kitchen and dining area, and centralized air for cooling/heating.

Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Take in a boat tour, view a museum or trek on one of the numerous hiking trails in the area. Then spend the evening soaking in the hot tub located right on the oceans edge. A classic sea side cottage with so much heritage charm. Many of the original architectural details on the exterior have been restored. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.

We are asking that guests book a 2 night minimum stay to accommodate our enhanced cleaning protocols. Nan’s and Pop’s oceanfront salt box style home! Newly built in 2019, this house is centrally located in the historic Mockbeggar area of Bonavista. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, Old Days Pond boardwalk, churches, and the Matthew Legacy building.
