This new apartment has been designed to include modern comforts with a Nashville twist. Hang out in the open living area on the long leather chair and admire the diverse wall art from classic posters to playful illustrations. We like to entertain in the backyard, so if there is an event going on, we welcome our guests to join us. We are available during your stay, but will be hands off unless you need us. The home is in a peaceful location that is still just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nashville and all of its fantastic shops and restaurants. There are also exceptional breweries and coffee shops nearby as well for a taste of local living. A vehicle or Uber is the best way to travel in Nashville.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. We recognize the experience is as important as the stay.

Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Only 7 minutes to the airport, 15-20 minutes to the heart of downtown, and even closer to trending restaurants, shopping, and green way trails. Whether vacation or a business trip, enjoy a peaceful place to unwind. Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. It’s set in a very historic music neighborhood on beautiful green acreage. Centrally located and just 8 miles to downtown and 7.9 miles to the Grand Ole Opry. Restaurants and music just down the road. Close to several major highways yet still quiet and peaceful. The spirit of Music City is definitely present in this high frequency space!

-We've always held ourselves to a high standard in providing a safe and clean environment for our guests. Due to coronavirus we are taking extra steps and using approved sanitizers on all frequently touched surfaces, using approved cleaners and providing hand soap and plenty of linens. As of mid-June we will both be fully vaccinated, but still following distancing and masking recommendations.
