Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water & high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

We are within reach of Sywell reservoir, Northampton, Althorp, Salcey forest and Silverstone. We have 2 cats which stay out of the way of strangers.
