Cheers to a happy, healthy and peaceful 2026! . This is a cozy spot for to start the new year. Dodge Ridge is open ! We are a 1 hour and 50 min drive to the Yosemite entrance gate. Oak Nest Cottage is a quiet retreat on 5 wooded acres. The humble cottage is 600 sq feet. Super clean and efficient. The private and quiet cottage includes a kitchenette, bathroom w/ shower, deck, carport and a loft bedroom w/ air cooler. It is comfortably romantic for 2 , safe & affordable for solo travelers.

The fall colors are spectacular for a hike up scenic Highway 88! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

Cottage at the Broken Branch

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Arnold cozy cabin

Only one block off of Hwy 4, walking distance to stores and eateries. One bedroom with one double size bed and a large loft, (up the spiral staircase) with one double size bed. Sheets and Towels are provided. Nice deck for outside dining. Dog friendly! (The yard is not fenced). Note: A small air conditioner is in the living room. It is a cabin in the mountains so it will not be as toasty as home. NOTE: Verizon works, AT&T has little or no reception in this area.

Ideal for a weekend or week vacation in California's beautiful Sierras! The cabin is close to Pinecrest Lake, and Dodge Ridge. We use the cabin ourselves on a regular basis, so you will find it comfortable and well equipped. The cabin is surrounded by tall pine and redwood trees and we often have deer paying us a visit in our front yard. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. In 2026, we are moving out of the area and the cabin will go up for sale in the spring.

Welcome to ArHaus Cabin, where you can RELAX and UNWIND!! Our chalet cabin is situated on a corner lot with about half an acre of land surrounded by towering evergreens. With the open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, and large windows, you can enjoy the amazing views from the inside or simply step outside on the wooden deck to enjoy the fresh air and relax on the deck. The cabin is clean and cozy, making it a perfect place to getaway for a couple or family.
