Own transport is recommended but public transport is nearby so leaving the car and hopping a bus/tram into town is easy. Guests staying without own transport are likely best to rely on local taxi services of which there are several including UBER. Plenty countryside walking available also.

Our lovely flat is located in a listed building on Aberdour's Main Street. There is a 5 minute walk to the station and the village centre's pubs and shops, 5 minutes to the Fife Coastal Path and 10 minutes to the beach and harbour. This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built.
