However, whether it’s watching scores of dolphins make their way north from the huge great room or the waterfront decks, taking in the sound of the Atlantic, or swimming, fishing, and/or lounging on our wide, uncrowded beach, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a place w/ a better combination of views and privacy

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.
